In 2014, during a fortuitous investment presentation, we discovered the world of wholesale bourbon investment. Over the past 9 years, The Kern Company has established and managed four partnerships for the acquisition of bourbon barrels and continues to expand its bourbon investment opportunities, one of which includes the acquisition and development of a bourbon storage facility and distillery in Springfield, KY. 

The Kern Company is focused on expanding into this investment platform and is looking forward to using their real estate knowledge and existing relationships in the bourbon distillation world to grow this aspect of their business.
